Nollywood actress, Lala Akindoju mourns the loss of her father, Chief Williams Akindoju, who passed away at the age of 71.

Taking to Instagram, Lala Akindoju reflected on 2024, poignantly sharing that she commenced the year with her father and ending it without him.

She added, “Sometimes, you think you’re ready, but NOTHING prepares you for the loss of a PRESENT & LOVING parent like my daddy.Started the year with my daddy, ending it without my daddy”.

Her post was accompanied by a memorial graphic paying tribute to her father, revealing that he passed away on December 20, 2024.

Although, the circumstances of his passing were not disclosed, but is survived by loved ones.

Meanwhile, the post’s comment section has been inundated with condolences from fans and industry colleagues over the irreparable loss.
