Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has taken to social media to offer a bold piece of advice to single ladies eagerly waiting for a marriage proposal.

In his recent post, the actor-turned-pastor encourages women to take his advise and propose to their partners if their man are delaying the engagement.

Addressing his followers, Yul Edochie urged ladies to buy a ring and propose themselves if their partners are hesitant.

According to him, proposing should not be restricted by traditional gender roles, and it doesn’t matter who makes the proposal.

In his words:

“Ladies, if you’re waiting for your man to propose marriage to you and he’s wasting time, buy a ring and propose to him.
There’s nothing wrong with it.
It doesn’t matter who says the words.
Propose.
Know your stand with him.
No time”.
