Out of nine NPFL games, six matches ended in victories including the clash between Kwara United and Bendel Insurance who went into matchday 13 with a new management team.
Note that no away win was recorded and three of the games ended in a draw including the four-goal thriller involving the former champions of the league, Kano Pillars and Lobi Stars.
Also, note that the NPFL clash between Enyimba and Sunshine Stars was postponed due to Enyimba’s CAF Confederation Cup game against Al Masry scheduled for 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27.

After the NPFL matchday 13 games, Rivers United returned to the top of the league table with 25 points in 13 games. Remo Stars are currently two points behind, third-placed El-Kanemi Warriors are three points behind, and fourth-placed Enyimba alongside 5th placed Enugu Rangers are five points below the top spot.
In the relegation zone, 20th-placed Nasarawa United, 19th-placed Bendel Insurance, and 18th-placed Akwa United are in 12 points in 13 games, while 17th-placed Lobi Stars currently have 13 points in 13 games.
