Arsenal legend, Paul Merson has shared his predictions for the upcoming 2024-2025 English Premier League match-day seven fixtures.

The English Premier League matchday seven fixtures are scheduled to run from Saturday, October 5, 2024, and Sunday, October 6, 2024 across England.

On Saturday, Crystal Palace are scheduled to host Liverpool at Selhurst Park, while Arsenal will face Southampton at Emirates Stadium, and Manchester City will take on Fulham at Etihad Stadium.

On Sunday, Chelsea will host Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge, and Brighton will clash with Tottenham Hotspur at the Falmer Stadium.

Ahead of the mouthwatering fixtures, Paul Merson, speaking via Sportskeeda, predicted that the current Premier League table-toppers, Liverpool will continue their good run in the league this weekend to the detriment of their hosts, Crystal Palace.

Expectedly, Merson expects the Gunners to score four goals without conceding any when they host Southampton at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, October 5.

Also, Chelsea who seemed to have found their rhythm under their new coach, Enzo Maresca are expected to score four goals against Nottingham Forest.
