Super Eagles of Nigeria striker, Victor Osimhen has revealed the names of the top three fastest players and the top three most skillful players in the Nigerian national team ahead of their 2025 AFCON qualifiers against Rwanda on Tuesday, September 10.

During an interview with the Counter Attack Podcast, he was asked about the quickest players in the current Super Eagles of Nigeria setup. In response to that, Victor Osimhen singled out Moses Simon, Ademola Lookman, and Samuel Chukwueze as the top three speedsters in the squad.

In terms of skill, the 25-year-old Galatasaray loanee named Victor Boniface, Ademola Lookman, and Kelechi Iheanacho as the most skillful players currently representing the national team.

Osimhen said, “The quickest, first of all, Simon, Lookman, and Samuel.

“In match situations, the most skillful: Boniface, Ademola, and also Iheanacho.”

Victor Osimhen and his national teammates are currently in Kigali, preparing for the 2025 AFCON qualifiers against Rwanda. The match will kick off at 2 p.m. (Nigeria time) on Tuesday, September 10.

Before they travelled to Rwanda, they hosted the Benin Republic at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, for the first game of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers. Recall that Victor Osimhen, who started from the bench, scored a goal as Nigeria beat their visitors 3-0.
