A Nigerian lady living abroad melts hearts after sharing her father’s emotional reaction when she sent him money for the first time.

The woman, identified as @sammy_brw on the X platform (formerly Twitter), posted the touching moment, revealing how her gesture brought joy to her father and the entire family.

In her post, she wrote: “Sent my father money for the first time in my life today and everyone in my family has called to thank me. My mans said ‘Today is the happiest day of my life.’ He said; ‘This money you sent me is like billions to me.’”

Sharing her father’s WhatsApp chat, the man expressed his utmost adoration for his daughter while describing the worth of the cash gift like it was a billion naira.

He wrote partly, “Thank you very much for the money you sent to me yesterday. I felt on top of the world I felt more boastful nd arrogant tell people my daughter send me money from abroad. Av never been so happy in my life Am happy to announce to you that you are the first person that ever gave me such amount.”
