Odumodublvck, Black Sherif, Phyno & More Nominated for AFRIMMA 2026

The organizers of the 2026 African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) have officially unveiled the nominees for the Best Male Rap Act category, spotlighting some of the continent’s most influential and exciting hip-hop artists.

This year’s lineup reflects the diversity and growing global impact of African rap, with nominees representing West, Southern, East, and Central Africa. Nigerian stars 6UFF, Odumodublvck, and Phyno are joined by South Africa’s A-Reece and Blxckie, Ghana’s Black Sherif, DR Congo’s Ninho, Côte d’Ivoire’s Himra, and Tanzania’s Yung Lunya.
